PLANDGE CENTER is a multidisciplinary provider of training, mentoring, and coaching, covering the
full spectrum of needs of modern business — from large corporations to small agile teams and
ambitious entrepreneurs — in education, development, and growth. Geographically we focus on

Managing Partner and key trainer of PLANDGE CENTER is Professor Dmitry Kulish,
who has thirty years of experience in technology, management, and teaching. His most

How We Work
PLANDGE CENTER conducts training, mentoring and coaching in formats that adapt to the client’s
request and context — any location, venue format, program, or audience size.
2–3 day intensive
One-week program
2–3 month course
Formats range from intensive 2–4 day workshops and semester-long programs with
twice-weekly sessions to distributed hybrid online and offline courses.
Venues can be anything from resorts to tent camps; clients may choose the location as they
wish.

Why It Can’t Be Done From Inside
Even strong, well-resourced teams struggle to jump-start technological innovation on their own
— and it is not a matter of talent or effort. It is a matter of leverage. Archimedes said:
“Give me a place to stand, and I will move the earth.” The defining feature of
a lever is that its fulcrum sits outside the load. An organization cannot get that purchase
on itself — the fulcrum has to come from outside. That is the role PLANDGE CENTER plays.
Three forces make internal attempts almost impossible — and none of them is a
failing of your people:
Operational gravity. Inside the building, the day-to-day always wins. People
have to be taken out of their routine — physically, to a dedicated external event —
before they can think and create differently.
Territory. No one willingly cedes ground to a peer; a colleague who tries to
lead change is read as a rival, while an outside guide is not. The external trainer can convene,
challenge, and align people in ways no insider is permitted to.
Sequence. Internally, energy is held hostage to negotiation —
“raise my pay first, then I’ll take on the new work.” An external event
reverses the order: people engage and get inspired first — and recognition and reward land
far better after the spark than before it.
By definition, an external guide is more inspiring and less politically dangerous than any insider.
That is the fulcrum — the fixed point outside the organization from which a small force moves a
very large one.
